The default natural state of a human being is an Empath.

This is what we are.

Beautiful, heart centred beings of light walking the human experience.

Every person today exists on the same scale of empathy and narcissism.

Our modern society is geared towards the narcissistic aspect of the human condition.

We are encouraged from an early age to chase the false happiness of material gain in a paradigm designed to keep us operating on a small fraction of who we truly are.

Thus, we find we swing from empathy to narcissism.

We should not allow our internal world to be shaped by the external as this only serves to create conflict as our true nature fights to come to the surface against that which we have been convinced is how we should be.

It's a true internal battle of heart and mind.

The mind is a powerful tool of creativity and manifestation but it is not all that we are and can result in the ego state of being narcissistic if not governed and tempered by the heart. 

We must allow ourselves to bring forth what lies within our hearts to the external world, to create a reflection in this world of the true beauty that we ALL have within.
